Our Quality Assurance system was been designed to control and prevent risks to food safety, from the fields to the processing
plants, and further on for shipments to the customer.
Good Agricultural Practices, EUREPGAP procedures in the farms, and Risk Analysis and Critical Points of Control–HACCP
in the processing plants, are systematically applied at all levels of production.
Our products go through a rigorous quality control check during the production process. Our processes are supervised
by qualified personnel trained in the best North American academies for canned food processes, thermal process control, and
in adherence with the Food and Drug Administration requirements.
It is our policy to constantly develop and innovate processing systems and methods to guarantee the quality of our products.
We are committed to a permanent improvement of our factories and we have earned the approval of the most demanding distribution
and commercial food companies in the world.
To overcome concerns over security matters it has become necessary to create a security culture in our organization.
Hence, a Control and Security Administration System has been implemented in agreement with the BASC norm, by means of which
security of our products is ensured throughout the whole production and distribution chain.
